Here are a few things to consider before making a reservation.
1. A $25.00 deposit is required when arranging your appointment. All deposits are applied to the chosen hairstyle. Cash App ($GraceRayna) or Zelle (301-323-3787) can be used to make the deposit. There will be a $5 late fee assessed for every 10 minutes you are late, up to a maximum of 20 minutes. Your appointment will be automatically canceled after 20 minutes.
2. WE ONLY PROVIDE XPRESSION HAIR FOR CERTAIN STYLES; OTHER HAIR MUST BE BRINGED BY THE CUSTOMER.
3. Your hair must be clean, dry, combed through, and detangled. WE DO WASH AND BLOW-DRY FOR AN EXTRA $25.
4. Rescheduling must be done within 48 hours of your appointment; if done later, you WILL NOT be able to acquire another date using the same deposit and you’re only permitted to reschedule once.
5. The money will be forfeited if the appointment is canceled.
6.If you have an issue with your hair or hairstyle after services have been performed, please notify us before leaving our premises. There will be NO refund or repair of any flaws once you depart with complete satisfaction.
7.A guardian must always accompany a minor who has a planned appointment. At this time, no extra visitors are permitted during your appointment.
8. Hair should be at least 2-3 inches long.
